Lucea Botanical Ritual Oils are cosmetic products intended for external use only.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

8. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Lucea.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.

The sales contract is concluded only when we dispatch your order.

Lucea does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Lucea is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Delivery

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the products.

Ownership of the products transfers once payment has been received in full.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.

12. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers purchasing within the European Union benefit from statutory consumer rights.

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days.

However, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Romanian legislation, this right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery where they are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

  • Review the ingredient list carefully;
  • Perform a patch test where appropriate;
