Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

Lucea cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

At Lucea, we hope every product brings beauty and intention to your daily ritual.

If, however, you experience an issue with your order, please review the information below.

Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Hygiene and Cosmetic Products

Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned once the protective seal has been broken.

If the product remains unopened, unused and in its original condition, it may be eligible for return within the legal withdrawal period.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the product
  • photographs of the packaging
  • a description of the issue

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • be unused
  • remain unopened
  • include the original packaging
  • be returned in a resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Lucea will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning a product under your right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
